Monthly Board of Directors Meeting
The Monthly Board of Directors meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at The Woods of Preston Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome to join.

Notice of Annual Board of Directors Election​

The annual election will be held at the Annual Board Meeting on January 26, 2026. Two positions are open. Candidates are Karl Lenderman and Allen Hill. Karl currently serves on The Board. His bio can be found on The Woods Community page.

Allen Hill Bio
My wife and I have lived in The Woods for 11 years. We have three grown children and 8 grandchildren.
I have been a mechanical engineer for almost 30 years, and currently a Staff Mechanical Engineer with Blue Origin and work from home.

Changes or improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Board of Directors. This includes storage sheds, fences, accessory buildings, pools, driveway extensions, and much more. Please visit the Documents page and complete the Architectural Approval Request form if you are planning any improvements.
